Can I get a refund if I don't like the diagnosis?
No. There are no refunds under any circumstances. You're paying for 90 minutes of focused analysis and a custom roadmap, both delivered in full — not for a product that can be returned. Only book if you're serious about acting on what you hear.
Can I reschedule if something comes up?
